    At Espoir, Every Order is handled with care and prepared to arrive in perfect condition.
    We currently accept returns only in the rare case of damage occurring during shipping

  • To be Eligible for a Return

    • The Product must be visibly damaged at the time of delivery
    • Any issue must be reported immediately to the courier upon arrival
    • Once the delivery is Completed and the courier has departed, we are unable to process returns or claims
